Machine Setter (100%)

For our client – a renowned, traditional Swiss family business in food production based in the Emmental – we are looking for immediate or agreed reinforcement for our machines.

We are looking for you as a Machine Setter 100%

Your tasks:

• Setting up, converting and starting up production machines and systems
• Ensuring a trouble-free production process
• Optimising machine parameters and production processes
• Carrying out quality checks according to specifications
• Troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance work
• Documenting production and quality data
• Supporting continuous improvement processes

Your profile:

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g. polymechanic, production mechanic, plant and apparatus builder or comparable)
• Experience in setting up and operating production systems is an advantage
• Technical understanding as well as an independent and structured way of working
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work shifts (if required)
• Team spirit, flexibility and reliability
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
