In this versatile role, you are the central contact person for the ERP system ABACUS and drive the optimisation and further development of business processes. You work closely with various internal departments to gather requirements and translate them into efficient system solutions. You also coordinate collaboration with external partners and ensure that adjustments and expansions are implemented smoothly. Through your commitment, you make a significant contribution to the digitalisation of the organisation. This sustainably increases efficiency and process quality.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the reliable operation and professional further development of the ABACUS applications within the company.
Analysis of business requirements and implementation of suitable ERP solutions together with internal departments and external specialists.
Support for malfunctions, inquiries, and system adjustments as well as coordination of extended support with the implementation partner.
Design and optimisation of business processes as well as support for rollouts and functional expansions in international companies.
Participation in or management of ERP projects including planning, introduction, documentation, and handover to ongoing operations.
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training and several years of experience in ERP support or application management, ideally in the ABACUS environment.
Good knowledge of financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and project management within ABACUS.
Understanding of databases, system interrelationships, and business processes.
Experience in ERP projects, process optimisation, and collaboration with departments and external technology partners.
Independent, reliable, and communicative personality with a strong cost and solution awareness as well as good German and English skills.
