Industrial Maintenance Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You ensure that all building and infrastructure technology runs smoothly and is available at all times

• You take care of repairs, maintenance and upkeep of all building technical systems

• You carry out preventive maintenance work according to plan

• You analyse faults and resolve them independently

• You ensure the energy supply at the site (electricity, compressed air, water)

• You operate and maintain HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary)

• You keep fire alarm systems, fire extinguishing systems and fire protection equipment operational

• You manage burglary protection, access and security systems

• You maintain lighting technology

• You ensure that the lift systems function

• You maintain outdoor facilities, green spaces and plantings, winter service

• You participate in on-call duty and respond to faults outside working hours, arriving on site within a maximum of 30 minutes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical basic training EFZ, ideally in electrical engineering, building technology, maintenance, HVAC or a similar field

• Several years of experience in technical building maintenance, facility management or upkeep

• Solid know-how in technical building systems and infrastructure

• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering, HVAC, building automation or security technology

• Experience in fault finding and repair of technical systems

• Understanding of energy supply and building technical interrelations

• Independent, structured and responsible working style

• Strong service orientation and high safety awareness

• Driving licence category B

• Willingness for on-call duty (once per month for one week, alternating in a team)
