- You lead your team of around 8 people, inspire those who work with you, and help them achieve their goals and develop.
- Your leadership style manages to unite the needs of your employees and the objectives of your agencies for the benefit of all.
- You are a professional in networking – our relationships with private as well as framework contract customers continue to grow thanks to you.
- You are also on the front line yourself and look after our customers.
- You represent our professional appearance externally to our customers, but also to potential future employees.
- In your role, you always look beyond the immediate and consider future perspectives and opportunities for your agencies.
This is what you bring with you
- First and foremost: It shows that you enjoy working with people – you approach topics openly and your positive manner is infectious.
- You are a motivated and successful personality with a strong sales and target orientation and ideally have higher education in business administration or insurance.
- You already have experience in employee leadership in sales and have the VBV qualification. You can respond well to your counterpart, are interested in your team’s needs, and can find joint solutions.
- You have a solution-oriented attitude and, thanks to your high resilience, can handle unexpected situations and periods of heavy workload.
- Thanks to your confident and audience-appropriate communication in German, you find it easy to communicate across different levels – preferably also in another national language.
- You have a large network of contacts and preferably live in the region.
