- Preparation and coordination of the required export documents, including dangerous goods documentation for all modes of transport - road, sea, air
- Collaboration with logistics, production, and sales departments to ensure smooth order processing
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints with a high level of service orientation
- Maintenance and ongoing updating of master data and documentation in the ERP system
- Several years of professional experience in export
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and dangerous goods area is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a high quality standard

- Maintenance and ongoing updating of master data and documentation in the ERP system
Profile
- Commercial training and completed further education in export- Several years of professional experience in export
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and dangerous goods area is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a high quality standard
