Exciting tasks for you

• Handling national and international projects, primarily in collaboration with our customers in the fields of power electronics and high voltage
• Customer support - maintaining our long-standing customer relationships
• Support in acquiring new customers from the first conversation to the successful project
• Employee support - regular contact with our engineers, project deployment planning, support in recruitment from the first conversation to contract negotiation

This is how you help us move forward

• Completed studies in electrical engineering
• Professional experience in power electronics or similar industries
• High motivation and creativity. Outside-the-box thinking is desired here
• High degree of independence: you recognize development opportunities, enjoy supporting customers and employees, and thoroughly understand the technology
• Communicative and open personality
• Very good German and English skills

I am Philipp Dröge, CTO at INP Schweiz. In my role, I lead a diverse portfolio of projects, from power plants to industrial facilities to steelworks. Our mission is not only to manage projects but to establish long-term partnerships with team members based on reliability and strategic planning.
