Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full administration of employee lifecycle in Switzerland and offices abroad, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes
- Manage employee lifecycle process via Oracle
- To develop and execute strategies to streamline HR Administrative processes by leveraging Oracle HR functionalities to automate repetitive tasks and minimize manual intervention
- Ability to analyze existing HR processes and workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement
- Extensive knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance in HR Operations
- Develop and maintain HR Policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with legal requirements and organizational standards
- Support annual or punctual audits and reviews to monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Provide support for internal and international mobility processes
- Maintain Vacation system via Oracle
- Assist the Operations Manager, C&B and Payroll for monthly reporting and consolidating monthly variables for payroll execution

Profile
- Hands on experience with Oracle HR Modules (Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management) is essential
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR Data to formulate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Proven track record of process improvements and compliance initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law
- A Team player
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Share Point, Smartsheet
- Fluent in English and French, German would be a strong asset
