To strengthen our teams in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking to recruit a Bilingual German/French Construction Project Manager in general contracting.
Responsibilities:
- Management of new construction projects in GC, ET
- Client relations, progress monitoring, financial follow-up.
- Management and negotiation in German and French.
- Management and supervision of TCE site management teams.
- Coordination of support teams and subcontractors.
You bring:
- Solid experience in managing new construction projects (>100 million).
- Leadership (providing vision and direction).
- Management (work organisation, ability to delegate and develop the team’s skills).
- A professional network specific to the canton.
- Management (implementation and application of processes, document quality, traceability).
- IT proficiency (notably Excel).
- Interpersonal skills (clients, companies, colleagues, management).
- Basic construction reflexes (change sheets, clear feedback to the client, company contracts…).
- Flexibility, synthesis ability, delegation and task prioritisation.
