your tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership of employees as deputy
• Ensuring timely and quality-conscious production
• Active participation on centreless grinding and honing machines (CNC and conventional)
• Optimisation of manufacturing processes and workflows in the department
• Monitoring maintenance intervals and ensuring operational readiness
• Support in training apprentices and onboarding new team members
  

your competencies

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, production mechanic or comparable
• Solid experience in centreless grinding (internal and external) as well as honing
• Initial leadership experience or the ambition to grow into a management role
• Very good knowledge in programming and operating CNC machines
• High quality awareness and an eye for the smallest tolerances
• Team-oriented personality with a reliable and structured working style
