HR Specialist 60 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

HR with responsibility. Payroll with expertise. Shaping processes.

You are the central contact person for HR services and support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle. In doing so, you combine HR administration with payroll, social insurance, and process optimisation.

• You manage the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit

• You are responsible for payroll processing for your own employee portfolio

• You coordinate absences and social insurance cases and keep an overview

• You ensure a high quality of HR data

• You create reports and support HR controlling

• You work closely with Finance/Accounting and perform account reconciliations

• You support managers with HR topics as well as with on- and offboarding

• You actively contribute to HR projects and the optimisation of processes and systems

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial training with HR specialist certificate or HRSE certificate

• At least 3 years of experience in HR administration and payroll

• Sound HR expertise and a strong affinity for numbers and processes

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, Abacus and ideally OnTime

• Interest in digitalisation and AI in HR is a plus

• Very good German and French skills; English at least at B2 level
