Your future field of responsibility

Warm welcome and care of our national and international guests during the night
Carrying out check-in and check-out
Processing reservations as well as guest requests and complaints
Responsibility for the smooth running of the reception during the night shift
Preparation of the daily closing (Night Audit) as well as control and reconciliation of the cash registers
Preparation of reports and statistics
Ensuring safety and order in the hotel during the night
Cooperation with other departments to ensure first-class guest service

Your profile

Completed training in the hotel industry or initial professional experience at the hotel reception
Ideally experience as a Night Auditor or in night duty
Friendly, confident and service-oriented manner
Independent, responsible and structured way of working
Good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are an advantage
Confident handling of hotel software and common MS Office applications
Willingness to work regularly at night as well as on weekends and public holidays
