What is my role?

You lead a dedicated team in the field of Quality Operations Medical and ensure the highest quality standards in medical technology. You coordinate the daily processes in quality management, monitor testing procedures, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. In doing so, you are the central interface between your team, other departments, and management. You continuously develop your team, conduct employee appraisals, and promote a culture of quality excellence. Additionally, you drive improvement processes and implement new quality standards.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies in medical technology, quality management, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in medical technology or the pharmaceutical industry

• Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take the next career step

• Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 13485, MDR, FDA)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Structured and solution-oriented working style

• Very good German and good English skills
