Court Clerk Tax Appeal Court 50 - 60%The Tax Appeal Court of the Canton of Zurich acts as a specialised administrative court hearing appeals in tax matters at first instance. To strengthen our team of 15 lawyers, we are looking for a Court Clerk (50-60% workload) from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
In our instance, you can deepen your knowledge of tax law – especially in the areas of direct federal tax, cantonal and municipal taxes, and real estate capital gains tax: You will largely independently process and edit complex complaints and appeals, assist in case management and in preparatory hearings, and participate in inspections and court sessions.
Your profile
For joining our team, we expect, in addition to a completed law degree, proficiency in written expression, the ability to quickly and thoroughly grasp complex issues, as well as an efficient and proactive working style. Ideally, you have already gained some experience at a court and/or have knowledge of tax law.
