About the job
Class and annual salary (including 13th month salary):
5 63,297.-- / 99,178.--
Tasks:
- promote observation, training and retraining activities applying the directives provided by the Federal Law on Vocational Training (LFPr) and the related ordinances of the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SEFRI) for commercial training
- collaborate in the development of an individual project for users placed in the commercial sector and apply the decisions made within network meetings
- support the individualised pathway of people benefiting from a professional measure of the Disability Insurance
- ensure the organisation and operation of the sector
- draft assessment, training and work retraining reports for the assigned users
- guarantee the functioning of the Centre's secretariat
- participate in working groups
Requirements:
- higher education in the economic field (Higher Specialized School of Economics SSSE or equivalent) or training in the commercial field (Federal VET Diploma (AFC) as a commercial employee) and training as a Socio-Professional Accompanist (APF) or equivalent
- basic course for apprentice trainers in companies
- experience in vocational training
- proven work experience with vulnerable users
- excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- knowledge of Disability Insurance and in particular its professional measures
- knowledge of the territory and social network of Canton Ticino
- motivation and initiative
- organisational and decision-making skills
- excellent writing skills
- willingness for continuous training
- good command of the Italian language (conversation and writing) and knowledge (spoken and written) of a second official language

Employment conditions:

- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment rate), flexible or according to service needs
