Job Description

• Proactively approaching customers with warmth and friendliness so that customers - including those waiting - feel welcome and acknowledged in the shop
• Competent advice on all products/services with the aim of finding efficient and straightforward solutions, recognising and exceeding customer needs
• Presenting the shop as an experience: presenting devices and services according to marketing and touchpoint design guidelines so that they are attractively staged and tangible for customers
• Developing ideas from daily business for the co-creation of the shop
