HR Specialist - Become an Abacus Consultant

Are you passionate about HR processes and interested in clever IT solutions? Then we look forward to hearing from you!
- Analysis of HR processes and advice on the optimal use of modules (e.g. applicant management, on-/offboarding, employee appraisals)
- Support of implementation projects from conception through configuration to go-live
- Training for HR managers and key users in handling the Abacus HR modules
- First- and second-level support via telephone and ticket system for questions, error messages or workflow configurations
- Solid HR training (e.g. HR assistant, HR clerk, HR specialist with federal diploma) or comparable qualification
- Experience with Abacus or comparable ERP systems is an advantage
- Good communication skills, strong service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to complex issues
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
