Beautiful and "rustic" hotel-restaurant with Swiss tradition. Seasonal dishes from the region, regional and typically Swiss dishes and from the nearby lake.
Requirements
Completed cook apprenticeship and solid experience in lively, well-maintained kitchen, ideally in the areas of à-la-carte and banquet. The ideal position for motivated professionals who want to successfully apply and expand their knowledge and skills in a very innovative, demanding kitchen, are used to independence and personal responsibility, motivated, open and flexible.
Offer
