Jr. Sales Manager for Ticketing and Guest Management (Sales Area: Primarily Romandie & France, Workplace Zurich)
As a French-speaking Junior Sales Manager based in Zurich, you play a key role in expanding TICKETINO's presence in Switzerland and the French-speaking markets of Europe. You focus on acquiring new customers, building relationships, and supporting organizers in using TICKETINO's self-service platform to maximize ticket sales and operational efficiency.
This position is ideal for ambitious, commercially oriented sales professionals at the start of their careers who thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You work closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to provide a first-class customer experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Your responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
- Identify, acquire, and retain event organizers, cultural institutions, venues, and activity providers throughout Switzerland and French-speaking markets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: outreach, qualification, product demonstrations, proposal creation, negotiations, and contract closing.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with the company’s revenue goals.
- Clearly communicate TICKETINO’s value proposition, the benefits of automation, and white-label capabilities.
- Develop strategic relationships within the events, entertainment, and leisure sectors.
Market Introduction
- Support local market expansion initiatives in collaboration with marketing and leadership teams.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive intelligence, and market trends (payments, compliance, localization).
- Represent TICKETINO at industry events, trade shows, networking events, and cultural gatherings.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to potential customers throughout the evaluation and onboarding process.
- Ensure smooth handover to customer success after contract signing.
- Maintain ongoing relationships to foster customer growth, contract renewals, and referrals.
Sales Processes and Reporting
- Accurately track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular performance updates and market insights to management.
Our requirements:
Experience
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in SaaS, event technology, hospitality, or related industries).
- Experience leading or supporting full-cycle sales processes is a strong advantage.
- Experience in events, entertainment, tourism, or culture is beneficial.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong acquisition mentality with confidence in customer outreach and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in hybrid environments.
- Ability to quickly build good relationships and manage multiple customer relationships.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and CRM discipline.
Language Skills
- French: fluent (required)
- English: professional proficiency (for internal coordination).
- German or Italian: advantageous but not required.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Sales certifications or additional commercial training are advantageous.
