Polymechanic – CNC Production with Team Leadership

Tasks

Create CNC programmes with Mastercam or WinFlex
Set up turning and milling centres independently
Monitor ongoing production at the machines
Lead a small team professionally
Plan production orders for employees and machines

Requirements

Apprenticeship as a polymechanic with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
Advanced practical experience in turning with WinFlex, Fanuc or Mazatrol is an advantage
CAM knowledge would be desirable
Initial experience in resource planning for employees
Initial experience in resource planning for machines
