What is my role?

• Independent setup, programming and operation of CNC lathes

• Manufacture of individual parts and small series according to drawings

• Monitoring and optimisation of manufacturing processes

• Carrying out quality controls and dimensional inspections

• Tool preparation and tool optimisation

• Participation in the continuous improvement of workflows and processes

• Maintenance and upkeep of assigned machines and equipment

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or comparable qualification

• Experience in CNC turning is an advantage

• Independent, reliable and precise working style

• Technical understanding and confident handling of technical drawings

• Quality awareness and sense of responsibility

• Team spirit and enjoyment of demanding manufacturing tasks
