Your tasks

• You accompany the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding and offboarding to personnel changes
• You prepare payroll and handle accident and illness reports
• You are the internal contact person for topics related to social insurance, withholding tax, and pension fund
• You ensure high data quality in our HR systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• You communicate professionally and solution-oriented with employees and advise our managers on personnel-related topics
• You organize training sessions and onboardings and thus contribute to the further development of our employees
• Together with the team, you drive the introduction and further development of modern, digital HR systems
