Due to a maternity cover, we are looking for an Education Staff member (50%) from November 1st, limited until June 30, 2026.

What you can achieve

Shape, accompany, move

You take on the organization and supervision of our educational offerings with a lot of personal responsibility – from planning to follow-up.

Organization and planning of babysitting courses and the Passage SRK course (Palliative Care) including coordination and support of course instructors / lecturers as well as managing registrations (from registration to participation confirmation including invoicing)

Responding to written and telephone inquiries about the educational offerings

Holiday cover for team members and therefore willingness to increase the workload during these weeks

What you bring

Professionally strong, personally committed

You have high social and intercultural competence and enjoy working in a small team.

Solid knowledge in organization and administration including commercial further education

Proficient use of MS Office, ERP systems, and Moodle

Passion for education and openness to the diversity of our clients

High service orientation, independence, and resilience
