About the job
With good data, fundraising becomes more effective - and more is possible for children.
As the largest independent children’s rights organisation, Save the Children has been committed to children’s rights since 1919. In Switzerland and worldwide, we ensure that children grow up healthy, can attend school, and are protected.
For our Individual Giving Team, we are looking for you from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as
What makes your job particularly exciting
- You ensure that our fundraising data in the CRM is clean and reliable, identify quality issues, and pragmatically implement improvements.
- You manage interfaces with agencies and data providers, check data flows, and prepare target groups and address lists for specific fundraising activities.
- You create and interpret reports and analyses with Power BI and Excel and prepare well-founded decision-making bases for our fundraising activities.
- For questions about CRM (Sextant), data, and reports, you are an important internal contact: you support users in daily operations and convey your knowledge in short training sessions.
- You manage automations in digital marketing, especially in ActiveCampaign, and work with us to examine where data- or AI-supported applications create real added value.
Your experience
- You bring training or further education in data analysis, business informatics, statistics, CRM, or comparable practical experience.
- You work very confidently with Excel, have experience with Power BI, and know CRM systems from practice (Sextant is an advantage); experience with marketing automation, ideally ActiveCampaign, is a plus.
- You enjoy working hands-on with data: checking, cleaning, structuring, and preparing data is just as much a part of your work as analysing and interpreting it.
- You think in a structured and solution-oriented way, explain data clearly, and communicate fluently in German and English.
- You want to use your data skills for a socially relevant purpose. Experience in fundraising or with fundraising KPIs is welcome.
What to expect from us
- A meaningful activity with social relevance
- A diverse, committed team with an uncomplicated, appreciative working culture
- Flexible working time models, home office options, and central offices in Zurich
- Attractive employment conditions and modern social benefits
We promote diversity in our team and therefore welcome applications from people of diverse nationalities, ethnic and social origins, religions and beliefs, sexual orientations and identities, different ages and genders, as well as people with disabilities.
The basis of our work is the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. To protect children and young people, all employees are required to sign the Save the Children self-commitment declaration for the protection of children and to submit a current private and special private extract.
Turn data into impact for children. Apply now with your complete application documents. We look forward to your online application.
