For our production / final inspection, we are looking for several specialists with the following profile:
Quality Control Employee (Production) 100%
Your tasks include:
- You ensure that our high-quality products are completed to the highest standard
- You inspect the processing quality of our printed circuit boards using a microscope
- You compare product information with customer documents
- You work in a two-shift system (05:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 23:00)
Your profile:
- You have completed a vocational training EFZ or similar
- You have good MS Office skills
- Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
- Ability to concentrate for extended periods at the microscope
- You are resilient, patient and a team player
- High quality and hygiene awareness as well as a clean working method
Benefits - what to expect
Flexible working hours
With a standard 42-hour working week, employees can flexibly accumulate +50 or -30 hours.
Holidays
Five to six weeks of holiday per year, depending on age.
Paid public holidays
Employees receive paid leave for all 14 public holidays recognised in the canton of Schwyz.
Home office
Employees in administrative positions can work from home up to two days per week.
Unpaid leave
Employees are entitled to two weeks of unpaid leave per year. Longer unpaid leave can be arranged upon request.
Maternity leave
Standard benefit: 14 weeks at full pay
Extended benefit: 16 weeks full salary after five years of service
Extended benefit: 16 weeks full salary after five years of service
Paternity leave
Standard benefit: Two weeks at full pay
Extended benefit: Three weeks full salary after five years of service
Extended benefit: Three weeks full salary after five years of service
