Your passion
Leadership: You professionally, personally, and organizationally lead the assigned area according to educational and business management principles.
Occupancy management & quality: You are responsible for efficient occupancy management as well as the continuous development of educational quality in day families with a focus on child development.
Parenting partnerships: You create sustainable parenting partnerships together with the caregivers.
Education & networking: You plan and lead internal educational and informational events and maintain collaboration with authorities, specialist offices, and external partners.
Projects & offer development: You lead projects, actively participate, and further develop the offers in the area of day families according to needs.
Your profile
Education & experience: You have completed training as a childcare specialist or a comparable qualification with a federal certificate of competence. Ideally, you have completed studies at the higher technical school (HF) level or an equivalent pedagogical further education. A completed leadership training with a federal certificate complements your profile.
Leadership experience: You bring several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role.
Team & social skills: Your structured, team-oriented, and resilient working style as well as your high social competence distinguish you.
Business management & projects: You have a good understanding of business contexts and experience in project work.
IT & administration: You work confidently with MS Office as well as GFZ applications and perform administrative and conceptual tasks efficiently and independently.
Professional conduct: You have a clear understanding of your role and act systemically and solution-oriented.
