At A+R, people from all generations work together. We focus on investing in the next generation and the talents of tomorrow. We can look back on many years of experience and great successes in vocational training. Most of our trainees are still working in our company and have been able to develop according to their needs and abilities.
We offer trial days at the locations of Oberriet and Frauenfeld. The date and duration can be arranged individually. We offer trial days of one or, depending on the situation, two days. We can only accept inquiries for a trial apprenticeship in connection with an open apprenticeship position.
Due to the slightly different structures of the two locations, the processes of the apprenticeship are not completely identical. However, you will receive theoretical training in all sectors at both locations and will be practically deployed. You will go through various departments and have a different contact person in each department who will accompany you for a certain period of time. All trainers possess both a solid expertise and many years of experience in the insurance world. Of course, the vocational training team is always in a supervisory or training role and is happy to assist you with any concerns before and during the apprenticeship.
Our goal is to train you in such a way that you subsequently possess solid expertise in all areas of insurance and can start your professional life with a well-filled backpack. We strive to enable you to enter the professional world with a permanent position with us after successfully completing your apprenticeship. We have already had very good experiences with our previous trainees. Further down, you will find inputs from our former trainees.

We train two trainees each - one per location. The start of the apprenticeship is always on August 1st. Whether a position is currently advertised can be found on our website under job postings or via this link.
