Real Estate Developer Planning & Strategy (m/f/d)

In this role, you develop real estate projects throughout the entire lifecycle of a property, ensuring that benefits and success for clients are central. You act with a high degree of personal responsibility, make decisions with foresight, and ensure that high quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities:
You develop real estate strategies and project concepts starting from SIA phase 1
You maintain close collaboration with investors and clients
You organise and manage competition and planning selection procedures
You develop planning law instruments together with authorities and external partners
You conduct contract negotiations with planners and third-party service providers
You manage real estate projects along an integrated development process
Qualifications:
University degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in planning and developing demanding real estate projects
Further training in real estate management or business administration, for example CUREM, is an advantage
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and pronounced personal responsibility
Very good German language skills
