About the job
What is my role?
Management and further development of the quality assurance team
Responsibility for quality management in all areas (development, projects, production and customer support)
Definition and monitoring of testing and release processes
Evaluation of quality metrics and initiation of improvement measures
Collaboration with production, development and project management to optimise products and processes
Conducting and accompanying internal audits as well as follow-up on measures
Handling quality deviations at the site
Preparation of quality reports and tracking of target achievement
Management of the metrology department (calibration and approvals)
Training employees on quality topics
Participation in supplier evaluation
What do I need to be successful?
Technical training with further education as a technician HF or engineer FH
Ideally experience in the field of plastics technology
Solid knowledge of quality management
Good knowledge of common quality tools
Several years of leadership experience
Strong communication skills and customer orientation
Teamwork, reliability and assertiveness
