Employee Services (m/f/d)

For the Raiffeisenbank Regio Laufenburg, a successful and locally focused bank with advisory points in Kaisten, Laufenburg, and Sulz, we are looking for a responsible and committed personality as an Employee Services.

• Processing customer payment orders: domestic and international payments, internal bank payments, payment investigations
• Handling accounts payable
• Managing internal bank accounts (general ledgers and settlement accounts)
• Managing pension and vested benefits accounts
• Supporting the preparation of reports and evaluations for bank management
• Handling telephone inquiries within the area of responsibility and forwarding incoming calls to the responsible contacts
• Managing and archiving customer master data

• Completed commercial basic training, banking training is an advantage
• Willingness to further develop in the services area
