YOUR TASKS
- Content support of existing SAP HR application systems and consulting of existing customers
- Customizing of personnel time management / SAP-HR PY in all relevant areas (including schemas and calculation rules)
- Customizing of personnel time management / SAP-HR PA (mainly German time management processes)
- Participation in concept creation for continuous improvement of our processes in the SAP HR environment, both in content implementation and process optimization
Project participation in migration and existing customer projects - Further development of our customer-specific developments (weakness analysis / improvements)
- Conceptualization and elaboration for further tools
- Creation of requirements for larger ABAP developments for our external ABAP development team
- Monitoring the implementation by the external ABAP development team
- Optional development of smaller customer solutions (BAdIs / reports / enhancements) based on ABAP
YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in customizing SAP HR PA and SAP HR PY
- Preferably a completed (technical) university degree or comparable education
- Experience in personnel management processes
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Intercultural competence
- Good presentation skills
- Ideally project management experience
- Optional several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in ABAP development (ABAP OO not mandatory)
