Setter in Casting Finishing (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Setting up, tooling, operator maintenance, troubleshooting minor faults, and producing on automated punching, grinding, and band saw systems with ABB robots, including registering and deregistering orders
• Commissioning and optimising new parts on automated systems as well as adjusting simple ISO programmes based on existing templates
• Tooling manual punching machines including registering and deregistering orders
• Collaboration and support at manual finishing stations such as belt grinders and cut-off grinders
• Supporting shift supervisors and ensuring smooth production processes

Your profile:

• Manual dexterity and ideally a basic mechanical training
• Technical understanding and good comprehension of programme sequences
• Experience with automated systems and knowledge of ABB robots are advantageous
• Confident use of MS Office and knowledge in operational data collection
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work two shifts is essential
