About the job

Main tasks
- Responsible for the establishment and expansion of a digitally networked learning landscape including the design of face-to-face and e-learning formats
- Sub-project management in the introduction of a Learning Management System including customising as well as introduction and training concepts in close cooperation with IT service management, ensuring the operation of HR development offerings
- Responsible for the further development of succession planning and co-designing leadership development
- Moderation of training sessions, leadership events and team development
- Advising employees on the selection of external further training and coaching measures
- Taking on additional personnel development projects as needed
Profile
- Completed university degree in business administration, psychology, social sciences or comparable fields
- 5-8 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, personnel and leadership development or organisational development
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (ideally SuccessFactors) as well as digital learning formats including the creation of e-learnings
- Experience in the design and implementation of learning programmes
- Moderation and coaching experience with a prudent and empathetic attitude
- Strong conceptual skills, committed hands-on mentality, implementation strength and high team orientation and initiative
- Language skills in German (C2) as well as good English and French skills (each B2) are an advantage
