For our client, an internationally active company in the field of optical technologies, we are looking for a precise and technically skilled individual as a Skilled Worker in Measurement Technology (m/f/d). In this demanding role, you will carry out optical measurements on high-quality components and ensure reliable quality and documentation of the measurement results through your careful working methods.

Skilled Worker in Measurement Technology (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Performing optical measurements and analyses on various measurement systems
• Working with modern measuring devices such as interferometers, goniometers, and white light interferometers
• Setting up and configuring measuring devices according to the respective test requirements
• Checking, evaluating, and documenting measurement results in test protocols
• Identifying and documenting deviations
• Initiating or implementing appropriate measures in case of detected deviations
• Ensuring compliance with defined quality and testing standards
• Contributing to the optimisation of measurement procedures and testing processes

Your Profile

• Completed technical basic training as a precision mechanic, polymechanic, or comparable qualification
• Further training in photonics, measurement technology, process technology, or a similar field is advantageous
• Professional experience in optics, glass processing, or measurement technology is an advantage
• Technical understanding and strong interest in precise measurement methods
• Fine motor skills and high accuracy
• Strong quality awareness and careful working style
• Initiative, teamwork skills, and good communication abilities
• Willingness to work in shifts (early/late shift)
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• English language skills are an advantage
