For an established industrial company, we are looking for an experienced Designer / Mechanical Engineering Technician HF with a strong technical understanding and experience in developing sophisticated tooling solutions. yellowshark AG will professionally support you on your way to a versatile and long-term challenge.
- Design of various tools and fixtures for demanding manufacturing processes
- Implementation of constructive adjustments, optimisations and modifications to existing tools
- Taking project responsibility for the development and realisation of new tooling solutions
- Creation of detailed drawings, parts lists and other necessary manufacturing documents
- Procurement of tools, standard parts and required spare materials
- Technical support of the toolmaking department as well as adjacent production areas
- Accompanying projects during manufacturing, testing and transfer to series production
- Solid user knowledge of common 3D CAD systems
- Good knowledge of toolmaking and ideally experience with various manufacturing and forming processes
- Independent, reliable and precise working style
- Committed and team-oriented personality with a high quality awareness

Tasks
- Development of technical concepts as well as preparation of corresponding solution and offer bases- Design of various tools and fixtures for demanding manufacturing processes

Profile
- Completed basic training as a Designer EFZ, Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical education with corresponding further training at HF level in mechanical engineering or similar- Solid user knowledge of common 3D CAD systems
- Good knowledge of toolmaking and ideally experience with various manufacturing and forming processes
- Independent, reliable and precise working style
- Committed and team-oriented personality with a high quality awareness
