About the job

  • You are responsible for the smooth, timely, and economical scheduling of FTL/LTL transports, crane services, as well as truck traffic in the area of partial and full loads in a national/international context
  • Order acceptance, order entry, and order processing including complaint handling are part of your responsibilities
  • You assign orders via internet platform to defined service providers and are responsible for load space acquisition
  • Observance and compliance with quality guidelines, compliance, and data security in all areas of your activity complete your range of tasks
  • You have successfully completed vocational training in the field of transport/logistics, for example as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk
  • You regularly use your confident communication with service partners in German and English. You impress with a confident, reliable manner
  • You have secure MS Office skills and are also familiar with the legally applicable regulations
  • The ability to network internally and externally as well as to maintain good contact with your stakeholders characterises you
  • Your organisation allows you to keep an overview even in stressful situations – your very good geographical knowledge rounds off your profile
