- Hotline: You receive customer enquiries by phone and process the calls
- Whatsapp: You receive customer enquiries via the Whatsapp channel and process them further
- Claims notifications: You are responsible for the correct allocation of written case notifications within the legal service
- Use of AI: AI tools are available to you in your daily work. You are supported by our telephone robot Felix, who already handles a large part of the calls
- Complaint management: You manage our complaint tool and assign the complaint to the responsible specialists
- Administrative tasks: You support the legal service in general administrative matters and clarifications
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have completed vocational training
- You have already gained professional experience in customer support or a hotline, ideally in the insurance industry
- You are strong in communication and can communicate fluently in German and French. Italian is an advantage
- You are empathetic and care about your customers’ satisfaction. You are committed to fulfilling their concerns as best as possible
- You are IT-savvy and open to integrating AI tools into your daily work
- You have a quick grasp, remain calm even in hectic times, and always keep an overview.
