- Ensuring proper daily operations and adherence to operational procedures and specified processes. Implementing the directives of the Medic-Help regional management and SEM (BEKO) as well as the SEM manual - access to medical care for AS and procedures in BAZ, guidelines for handling remedies, BAG outbreak management manual and ORS processes), as well as the client's requirements
- Organizing, advising, and partially personally conducting regular training for non-medical caregivers in the area of basic medical care/emergency procedures and prevention
- Further developing the specialist area and optimizing workflows in consultation with the Medic-Help regional management
- Responsible for the proper management of the central pharmacies
- Coordinating staff allocation and managing/updating time management
- Conducting and preparing timely and effective reporting for the Medic-Help regional management
- Holistically managing their staff considering the directives of the management and expectations of the ORS cross-sectional functions
- Responsible for the professional leadership of the subordinate team related to the specialist area
Requirements
- Tertiary education: Federal professional examination (Federal FA) or equivalent (e.g., HF diploma)
- 0 to 1 year relevant professional experience
- Leadership experience desired
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
