We are looking for a Head of Technical Development Textiles (100%) for our headquarters in Langenthal. The start date is negotiable.
Your tasks
- Interface between product management and textile production
- Technical support in the development of yarns and fabrics
- Leadership and coordination in internal fabric developments
- Handling and processing of inquiries for custom product developments
- Creation and management of technical article data
- Participation in testing
- Involvement in the calculations of new products
- Technical support in quality management
Your qualifications
- Higher vocational training (Technician / B.Sc. / M.Sc)
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Experience in project management, leadership experience is an advantage
- Solid knowledge in fabric and yarn development
- High affinity for aesthetically high-quality products
- Enjoyment of innovation projects and creative solutions
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Open, clear, and targeted communication
- Very good German skills, English skills required
