Your main responsibilities include
- You support and develop customers in the area of PPE and workwear, conduct needs analyses and derive concrete measures to increase sales and contribution margin
- In case of technical questions about PPE requirements, equipment standards and customer-specific solutions, you provide competent advice and accompany the introduction of new ranges and standard items
- You conduct internal product training for field sales, internal sales and store as well as customer training on application, selection and benefits to increase know-how, customer loyalty and closing rate
- You support the planning of promotions, sell-offs and product placements and ensure close cooperation with logistics, store, marketing and purchasing
- You maintain all relevant activities, leads and projects in I Nav, monitor key figures such as sales, contribution margin and project pipeline and report regularly to the occupational safety team leader
Your profile
- You have completed training in a technical or commercial field or have a craft background with a strong sales orientation
- You have experience in occupational safety, construction/trades or in the carpentry/wood construction environment as well as in B2B sales in internal or field sales
- You have advanced training in occupational safety/PPE or have expanded your knowledge through product-related training and bring sound knowledge in PPE, standards, safety requirements as well as customer-specific rollouts
- You competently advise customers, determine needs, accompany sales talks and take over complaint management
- You work independently, structured and show high initiative
- Customer orientation, confident appearance, teamwork and the ability to act solution-oriented even in bottlenecks are among your strengths
- You speak German as your native language, French skills are an advantage
