About the job
Fixed-term until 31 December 2027, with option for extension
In the Social Department, we are responsible for the personnel management of the Social Services and the KESB (approx. 500 employees). As sparring partners for the management, we work solution-oriented and make an important contribution to the development of people and the organisation. Does this attitude appeal to you? - Advising and supporting managers throughout the entire HR lifecycle, from operational questions to complex personnel matters (including employment law clarifications)
- Accompanying the entire recruitment process of specialists and managers
- Managing processes for long-term absences in coordination with case management
- Ensuring the interface to HR administration and taking on administrative tasks as needed (e.g. evaluations, work references, etc.)
- Co-designing and further developing effective, future-oriented HR processes and instruments
Your profile
- Education and training in personnel management (at least Federal Specialist Certificate)
- Experience in advising managers (e.g. as an HR Business Partner)
- Ability to tackle complex and new issues in a solution-oriented manner
- Quick comprehension and openness to change
- Proactive personality who works independently and also fosters team exchange
