We wish to recruit a Facility Manager – Concierge – 50%

Mission:

• Distribution of internal and external mail.
• Restocking kitchens and common areas (coffee, tea, various consumables, crockery, etc.).
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines.
• Regular rounds of the premises to ensure their good condition and restocking of areas.
• General check of cleanliness and order in common areas.
• Occasional support to administrative teams and general services.

Profile

• Experience in general services, hospitality, reception, hotel industry or a similar role.
• Careful, reliable person with an excellent eye for detail.
• Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude.
• Good organisational skills and autonomy in work.
• Discretion and sense of responsibility.
• Aptitude to work in an international and demanding environment.
• Fluent French and professional English essential
