About the job

We are looking for you as a group leader in the School Complementary Care Hegifeld. From 1 December 2026, you will lead a children’s group Cycle 2 on a fixed-term basis until 31 July 2027 during 39 school weeks, five days a week.

Your tasks

Independently leading a school children’s group within the care
Guiding and leading two to three employees
Implementing educational daily activities for the children’s group including prevention and early detection work
Collaborating with parents, the school and specialists
Organisational and administrative support of the care management

Your profile

Completed training as a social pedagogue or care specialist EFZ
Professional experience in caring for kindergarten and school-age children
Ability to reflect on your own working methods
Resilient, proactive and team-oriented personality
Enjoyment in dealing with people from different cultures
