Department:Entity:Canton of Neuchâtel Compensation Fund (CCNC)Activities:By joining the CCNC, you become part of a dynamic institution where expertise, public interest mission, and service spirit come together. As head of the Fund, you assume strategic, human, financial, technical, and organizational leadership. You carry a clear and long-term vision while ensuring daily operational management with your management team. You lead large-scale projects related to legislative, technological, and societal developments and ensure the institution adapts to changes in its environment. Finally, you work closely with the fund's management commission, the Department of Employment and Social Cohesion (DECS), and members of the Conference of Cantonal Compensation Funds.Desired profile:Holder of higher education in law, economics, or public administration, you have proven experience in high-responsibility management roles. You have a deep understanding of strategic, political, and financial issues. Rooted in the Neuchâtel context, you are well acquainted with its institutions, economic and social fabric, and show genuine interest in public policies, especially those related to social security. Your leadership, based on trust, listening, and collaboration, enables you to unite teams and partners around shared goals. Analytical and synthetic, you make informed decisions and know how to negotiate with tact and determination. Your mother tongue is French, and you have a good command of German.
