Your Tasks

• Competent advice to new and existing customers via telephone and digital communication channels
• Determination of individual insurance needs and development of suitable solutions
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations
• Active sale of insurance products and complementary services
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Processing and updating customer data in the CRM system
• Use of modern digital advisory and sales tools
• Ensuring a high level of service and advisory quality
• Achievement of agreed sales and quality targets

Your Profile

• Enthusiasm for sales and professional customer advice
• Enjoyment of telephone and digital customer contact
• Communicative and convincing personality with a confident demeanour
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
• High customer and service orientation
• Very good German skills as well as good French or Italian skills; additional language skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of modern IT and communication tools
• Experience in sales, customer service or the insurance industry is an advantage; motivated career changers are also warmly welcome
