Your tasks

• Lead a dynamic team in achieving its objectives
• Assume administrative/financial management of the service, including account closing, budget planning, public procurement processes and administrative procedures
• Assume operational management of the FINA section of the SDANA
• Ensure the HR function of the service
• Establish the necessary tools to ensure and maintain the quality, reliability and transparency of the service's performance, and provide adequate reporting at various levels
• Ensure coordination with the Federal Office for the Environment and partner bodies on administrative and financial matters

Your profile

• University degree in economics, economist, finance expert or equivalent training
• Proven managerial experience
• Solid professional experience in one of the section's fields of activity
• Interpersonal skills, rigour, recognised negotiation qualities
• Native French or German speaker, with excellent knowledge of the second official language (level B2)
• Experience in public finance would be an advantage
