In our rehabilitation clinic in Baden Freihof, we offer internal medicine and musculoskeletal rehabilitation at a high medical level. Your main tasks
- Leadership: You take over the administrative and organizational leadership of the inpatient and outpatient therapy staff at the Baden Freihof location and the outpatient center.
- Management team: You are part of the management team of the Baden Freihof rehabilitation clinic and contribute significantly to the further development of the location.
- Consultation and guidance: You take over the instruction and guidance of the therapy staff for professional care of our patients.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You promote the exchange between therapy, nursing, and medical service. Your expertise actively contributes to the exchange and significantly supports successful rehabilitation.
- Patient-oriented care: You take over the assessment, treatment, clarification, and documentation of inpatient patients.
- Therapies: You occasionally conduct individual and group therapies for our inpatient and outpatient patients.
Requirements
- Education: Completed training as a physiotherapist or equivalent training with SRK recognition (at least PreCheck). Preferably with an existing professional practice permit (BAB).
- Experience: You have experience in treating musculoskeletal patients and want to develop professionally and technically.
- Personality: You have teamwork skills and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration.
