With expertise, clear communication and pragmatic solutions, you strengthen our safety culture – on equal footing with employees and managers. You can expect a versatile key position with impact. In this cross-group function, you support the corporate management, SIBE and managers in the legally compliant and effective implementation of occupational safety and health protection. You further develop our ASGS system, assess risks, advise the line and ensure with clear decision-making and escalation bases that safety is consistently lived in everyday operations.
- You further develop the safety objectives and measures of the GLB Group and advise managers at all levels on occupational safety and health protection issues.
- You maintain and develop our ASGS system and integrate safety requirements into processes, directives, checklists and management tools.
- You conduct or accompany risk-oriented site and operational inspections, assess hazards and ensure the implementation of measures.
- You create and assess hazard and risk assessments, safety concepts as well as solutions for special hazards.
- You support accident and incident investigations, analyse developments and derive appropriate prevention measures.
- You develop training and instructional aids and strengthen our safety culture with target group-oriented communication.
- You coordinate external ASA specialists if necessary and maintain professional exchange with SUVA and other specialist agencies.
- You create meaningful management reporting on incidents, accident trends, inspections, measures and significant risks.
- In case of serious hazards, you have the authority to stop work and initiate the necessary escalation.
- Federal certificate as a specialist in occupational safety and health protection or equivalent ASA qualification is an advantage – willingness to train is also welcome.
- Practical experience in a comparable role, ideally in an environment with special hazards.
- Solid site knowledge in main or secondary construction trades as well as understanding of operational processes and management structures.
- Very good knowledge of Swiss ASGS legal bases as well as experience in hazard assessments, accident investigations, inspections and measures management.
- Experience in designing and conducting training and enjoyment in conveying complex topics clearly.
- Very good German skills, digital affinity and a category B driving licence.
- Willingness to support our various locations and companies throughout the region.
