- Leading the team in the mechanics and electrical department
- Managing and supervising maintenance and repair operations
- Ensuring plant safety and its processes
- Planning and carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance work
- Assisting with the installation of new systems and conversions
- Supporting the supervisor with investment applications
- Completed technical vocational training in mechanics/electrical field
- Further training in maintenance is an advantage
- Leadership experience and business management knowledge
- Experience with plant controls as well as measurement and control technology
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- High resilience and flexible mindset
- Analytical thinking: problem-solving skills and understanding of complex (technical) contexts
