Assistant Educator (m/f, 100% workload)

Your main tasks:
•Co-responsibility for children aged from 3 months to kindergarten entry
•Goal-oriented and constructive work according to our pedagogical concept
•Co-designing activities in everyday life according to the weekly programme
•Co-responsibility for compliance with the concepts (hygiene concept, safety/emergency concept)
•Co-responsibility for the care, condition, and completeness of play materials as well as for the care and order of the premises

Your profile:
•Federal certificate of competence as a childcare/education professional (e.g. FaBeK or early childhood education) or an equivalent qualification
•Loving interaction with children
•High flexibility
•Sense of duty and resilience
•Reliability
•Open personality
•Motivated to learn new things and self-initiative
•Team player
•Openness to different cultures
•Good knowledge of German
•English skills are an advantage
