What you will learn with us and what you can achieve:

• Support in recording, checking, and coding of supplier invoices
• Assistance in reconciling supplier accounts and maintaining supplier master data
• Support in payment preparation and approval
• Assistance in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Creation and maintenance of evaluations and reports (e.g. cost overviews, budget vs actual comparisons)
• Support in analysing variances and preparing key figures
• Collaboration in optimising processes in accounting & controlling
• General administrative tasks in the finance department

What you bring with you

• Student in finance, controlling, or business administration, or career changer interested in professional orientation in finance
• Strong IT affinity and enjoyment in working with digital tools and Excel
• Analytical thinking skills and a strong affinity for numbers
• Structured, precise, and independent working style
• Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented personality

Nice to have

• First experience with ERP systems or accounting software
  
• Interest in process optimisation and automation in finance
• Enjoyment in familiarising yourself with new digital applications (e.g. Power BI, Excel macros, or cloud solutions)
